COL Damon T. Arnold holds the following degrees: an M.D. and an M.P.H from the University of Illinois, as well as an M.A. in Homeland and Defense Security Studies from the Center for Homeland Defense and Security (CHDS) at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) war college.
